10 years of Micro μ :IMμF 2020
On Sunday 29/11 the IMΜF 2020 has ended. The 10th Micro μ Festival didn’t take place physically this year but the participation of 50 different Greek cities on the online voting process made it as the most massive participation of all till today. This year’s online home theatre fill us with optimism that short films of Greek Film industry may impact people from end to end of our country.
The Festival climaxed with the Greek Competition Section which was screened online on Saturday and the online voting of the audience decided the final five most favorite films.
“Favorite film” of Micro μFestival 2020 was “Cloud” by Michael Dimitrius which had the highest score on voting. The film which describes the mixed up lives with drugs and ephemeral relationships of a father and a daughter through an allegoric reflection of modern Athens but also an everyday family drama, touched the festival’s audience from all over Greece.
Second place won “Milkway” by LefterisGiannakoudakis, a film that the Greek audience also showed its preference.
Regarding the number of votes, the rest three films that complete the five most favorite films of this year are:

4th “The parrot lady” by Michalis Kalopaidis
5th “Hansel” by Vivian Papageorgiou

IMMF 2020 : The fifteen films
In times of changes, we must stay connected with our constants and close to ways of creativity. For its 10th year edition, the Micro μ Festival team with great pleasure announces the fifteen selected films for the competition section of IMMF2020. At the end of November, these 15 films will ask for audience preference by vote after the simultaneously screening at 10 cities.
The fifteen short films that are selected in the competition section of Micro μ Festival were chosen among 200 and more participations. The aforementioned fact, makes it already a first win in the competition.
