6TH MICRO μ FESTIVAL 2016 - SPECIAL TRIBUTE
During the 6th Micro μ Festival will be held a special tribute with main topic «Youth & Employment, Women & Employment.» The special tribute will consist of the screening of six short films based on the theme, form Greek and foreigners film makers, as well as a round-table with topic: «What does an emerging artist need in order to succeed in Greece nowdays».
In detail, the films that will be screened are: «Dear Keno» by Natko Stipaničev, «Product Manager» by Ilias Florakis, «Work and entertainment» by Kostas Athanasiadis, «Lie Detector» by Paul Emerson, «El Empleo» by Santiago Bou Grasso and «Butterfly Co» by Ifigenia Dimitriou. The screenings will take place on Saturday 1st of October 2016 after the end of the Greek Competition Section and while the audience will vote for their favorite film on the Festival's halls.
Regarding to the second part of the tribute, which includes live conversation with guest artists, social scientists and emerging artists who excel at their work during this hard days. The round-table will take place on Tuesday 27th of September at 19:00 after the Press Release of the 6th Micro μ Festival at Fournos Theater (Mavromihali 168 Αthens).
Τhe special tribute «Youth & Εmployment, Women & Εmployment» is held under the auspices of the Operational Program «Human Resources Development, Education & Lifelong Learning» and is supported by EU and regional programs.
